Setting up an interview was a little strange since the interview was set and I didn’t hear back about a confirmation for a week after. Interviewed with Josh on the phone and he didn’t even ask what questions I had. That was fine since I later emailed questions but instead of answering, he danced around the questions. I had a face to face interview scheduled then Josh canceled the day before. We later rescheduled and and at the face to face (after an assessment and personality test) he said he’d schedule a time to meet with the managers. I again, never heard back until I contacted him. I was very interested in this position but the hiring manager, who is the first face of the company, put a real bad taste in my mouth with the multiple times of cancelations and not hearing back after over a week on both situations. I understand you may be busy but it made the company look unorganized in my opinion. I put a lot of time and effort into the position and didn’t feel like the company would do the same for me as an employee.
