It was a call over the phone where I first introduced myself , then we were able to go after questions regarding teamwork and methodology of solving a problem. The teamwork is based from your experience on how you managed to overcome a stubborn personality (teammate) and what activities did you do. The methodology can be based on what you learned in school ( design thinking, lean, six sigma)
