      1. Last-Minute Rescheduling: The interview was postponed just five minutes before it was scheduled to start, pushing it to the next day. This lack of respect for candidates' time is concerning. 2. Lack of Clarity on Company Vision: The company operates in the translation sector but seemed unclear about their vision for a freelancers' portal. It felt like they were trying to reinvent the wheel without a solid plan. 3. Insufficient Introduction to Role: The HR representative failed to provide a clear understanding of the company's scope and the products they offer. Instead, I received a generic description of a software engineer's role. 4. Unrealistic Expectations: During the interview, I was asked about specific experiences with a particular framework. Despite answering the question, it became evident that they expected extensive experience across multiple frameworks, which reflects a lack of maturity in the development team. 5. Inappropriate Technical Questions: The HR person, who did not seem to have a technical background, asked technical questions that felt unnecessary at this stage. This not only wasted my time but also suggested a disconnect between HR and the technical requirements of the role. 6. Red Flags on Salary Discussion: When I inquired about the salary range, I was told there wasn't one and that it would depend on the candidate's experience, which is a significant red flag. Furthermore, the mention of confidentiality around salary discussions raises concerns about transparency. Overall, this interview process felt highly unprofessional and indicative of a company that lacks maturity in its hiring practices. I would advise potential candidates to approach this opportunity with caution.
