Online application with resume and cover letter. Three rounds of interviews. Including one one-site with executive. Overall a standard interview process that moved fairly quickly. Interviews give good overview of role and company culture and structure.
30 minute zoom with some basic questions about myself, my understanding of the company, and future plans. It was generally relaxed and much more of a conversation than an interview.

Three-step interview, one with HR, then the managing director, then the VP. Pretty standard interview asking about your interest in what you’re applying for, why you want to do it, some background, etc.
