Interview process was structured but impersonal. Questions were read from a prewritten sheet and the interview was recorded for safeguarding/training purposes. Only weekend slots were available, two weeks after initial contact. Three minutes before the interview, multiple safeguarding reminder emails were sent, which felt last-minute. Following interview, no individual feedback was provided; only a generic list of potential reasons for rejection. Candidates are required to fund their own DBS if expired.

the application was online via Indeed who directed me to the company website . they quickly responded with an interview offer which was conducted through Zoom within a few days.
