Tell us why you are interested in the position and describe your relevant knowledge and experiences.
Positions in Target Stores include guest service and product handling duties as essential functions of the job. These duties require the ability to
• Climb up and down ladders
• Work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and have regular attendance
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving
merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.
