Pretty simple just about you and they give some scenarios that could pop up while working. The scenarios they might ask are pretty straightforward so dont sweat it. Also be impressionable that goes a long way.

What would you do if a customer is asking for help but you are running low on time for an order?
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.

Entrevista
It was a virtual interview where you answer 6 questions with the last one being a YES/NO question. You have 1 or 2 minutes to prepare an answer for each question and then 2 minutes to answer. You record what you say and it gets sent to Target, no one from Target is there asking you questions.
