It was a very straight forward. It was in person and a person just was asking behavioral questions and why you want to work at target. I applied on line and then received a phone call.

Tell me about managing expectations.
The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

Entrevista
The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
