Received call to schedule interview, decided a time, arrived to interview, asked general questions and was explained job duties. I explained why I would like to work for Target, my schedule availability and agreed to working requirements.

The interview was super easy. You just have to know a bit about what you're trying to do there and be lucky with their hiring timing. It also helps if you are nice to them overall.

The interview process was over the phone. Basically going over the details you inputted on the job application. We went over the hours I could work and if whether or not I had other things going on because it was a part time job.
