HR screener --> Hiring manager --> Others in the department. The interview process was basically too long. Target had me at HQ on 3 separate occasions. And trust me this was not for an executive level job.
Very smooth interview process that gives you a look into what day to day life would be like at Target. Recruiters are very knowledgeable and want you to succeed. Questions were not anything out of the ordinary.

STAR type questions, behavioral, and excel base. It was an easy process overall, They low ball your salary for the FADP. Keep interviewing at other companies, so you can negotiate your salary.
Interview on Campus through university. They invited me on the campus and I interviewed with their hiring manager and applied online. A few weeks later they called me and gave me the offer.
