Video interview where they ask questions that are scenario based and situational in how you would react if the situation happened to you. It is fairly easy and fast paced because you only get a certain amount of time to answer the questions

What do you know about target and how do you align with our goals?
Video recorded responses to questions with multiple attempts to review and redo before submitting. This is followed by a email to schedule a short phone interview to confirm availability. Be sure of your availability before agreeing to it because it will be locked in for months.

Working at Target worked out as they would be flexible to accommodate my growing family needs. If there was anything I needed to discuss, I felt free to do so with my manager at that time.
