Contacted by phone recruiter. Short 3 question interview (not behavioral) and then asked to come in the next day to interview with Store Manager. Actually turned out to be the Store Manager of the store I was applying to and a Store Manager from another store. 5 behavioral style interview questions. Took about 45 minutes. Then moved on to another 2-person team with 5 more behavior-style interview questions. Another 45 minutes. Was told I would hear back within a week. Actually received a call in 2 days, was asked to conduct a phone interview with someone from corporate recruiting. Had to take online assessment first. Scheduled the call, consisted on 5 more behavioral interview questions. Was told I did very well on assessment - my skills matched up to the position I was applying for (Logistics). Was told to expect a call within a week. Another 2 days later, called and scheduled my final interview with the Group HR person. This person seemed rushed and in a hurry to get off the phone from the start. Asked a couple of general warm-up questions and then 3 behavioral questions. Felt like I blew it from the start. Was told I would receive a call back by the end of the week (interview was on a Tuesday) and they would call either way. No call back by Friday, and then received a canned e-mail with my name filled in saying they were pursuing other candidates. The job was re-posted online within an hour of receiving the e-mail. I felt all interviews went really well with the exception of the last one. Not sure what happened, as I was well qualified and suited for the job. Guess it wasn't meant to be!

Tell me about a time when you had to change your coaching style in order to motivate an employee. Tell me what the situation was, the original coaching style used, the new coaching style, and what the outcome of that change was.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
