Met with Human Resources to discuss the job description. Talked about previous experience in retail and how I could use that for customer services. We talked about how job responsibilities that revolved around being flexible and coming back to finish tasks.

It was an online interview, and I didn't meet anyone face-to-face. So, it was a little awkward to act like myself when I was just looking at a screen rather than actually speaking to a person.

"Tell me about a time you worked as part of a team to complete a goal."
They give you questions virtually, then time to prepare a response. You don't actually have an interview with a person, your answers to the questions are recorded. A manager will then review your answers and then proceed from there.

You notice a guest needs help on the sales floor, but you're in the middle of a task. What do you do?
I applied for the position online, and was called for an interview a few days later. I had interview with a team lead and then an exec team lead. Very straightforward and simple experience overall.
