The interview process 15 years ago was extremely easy. I think they just want to make sure you are able to communicate effectively. I remember it being easy and fast. Pretty straight forward.
In person interview with manager and assistant manager. They each asked a handful of questions about availability and dealing with customers. Follow up was timely but I didn't want the job
easy interview, behavioral questions mainly, taiolered around customer service. Also how you would work a register. It was brief, maybe 10 minutes. But I suppose it depends on the interviewee
