Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.

Entrevista
It was an online interview. Very fast and easy. They weren't hiring in the position I applied to, but the manager liked my answers and still hired me. I received an email with an offer and description of my position then went to orientation.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
