The first interview is virtual. I love the option to rerecord answers. Check out YouTube for sample interviews that are super helpful. The follow-up is a phone call to verify and availability.

Tell me about a time things didn't go according to plan and what you did in response. What was the outcome?
I anpplied online and did a video interview (not live). I was then contacted about my availability and asked to come in for orientation and was immediately hired. Very easy process.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
