The interview process at Target was straightforward and well‑organized. I applied online and received a response fairly quickly. The conversation was friendly, and the interviewer asked basic questions about availability, teamwork, and previous experience. The overall atmosphere felt relaxed, and the expectations were explained clearly. It was a simple and predictable retail interview experience.

They asked me to describe a time when I worked as part of a team and how I handled a busy or stressful situation.
A phone call interview followed by 2 in person interviews. The interview persons are your direct manager and the store director. Then, if you passed the interview, they will contact you with an offer, and you decided if take it if leave it.
great, but can't remember the details of the interview process. it was pretty standard and easy. casual. interview was with a panel of 3 people and then second interview with 1 person
