I was called to the TSC room. The HR lead asked me why I love Target and also asked me how I handle conflict resolution and another question that was asked was what to do when the stress of work gets too much and how I handle a lot of tasks that one Sam a really good answer was that I asked for help.
I anpplied online and did a video interview (not live). I was then contacted about my availability and asked to come in for orientation and was immediately hired. Very easy process.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
