El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Target (San Diego, CA) en jun 2009
Entrevista
I went through three different interviews with Target. They were all the same type of interviews, but with different levels of management. They were all situational questions. Which at first was not that bad. The towards the third interview all the situations became negative. It is hard to think on the spot for a story and a situation to tell them. I understand situational interviews, but they didnt even give you a chance to sell yourself or tell more about yourself. I don't feel like Targets interviewer got to know me at all.
