Pretty typical interview process. The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and pursued me to interview. We had a preliminary interview via phone and then she set me up with the District Manager and the District HR. Overall the interview was pretty seamless and went very well. They asked the typical questions and seemed ver interested. We left off on a great note and they said that they would be passing me on to the Regional Vice President for my final interview and I should receive and email within the next week. After a week went by, I didn't hear anything, so I emailed the recruiter to which she never responded. That same day, I received a decline email saying that they were going with another candidate. I later found out that they placed an internal candidate in the position. If they already had someone in mind, why waste my time? I emailed the recruiter again and inquired about another opening that I saw posted. She never wrote me back. I thought it was rude after writing me several times over the past few years to get me to interview and then never even write me back. At least respond with something.
