I did my target interview online. It was easy and it wasn’t live. You just had to record yourself answering their questions and can retake the video up to three times if you mess up. It really helped me I am a person with bad anxiety.

Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
