Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Target en sep 2013
Entrevista
I voiced that I wanted to be a Starbucks barista while working in softlines. and they approved to have a chance to interview for an open position. Since I had already gone through the initial interview of being hired for Target, my team lead basically sat me down and asked real questions instead of the impersonal ones they have on their grid. It was a great experience. He pinned down why I wanted to work with coffee, if I was ready for a high stress job, and was motivated and self sufficient. The initial Target interview was pretty easy. They asked almost all behavioral questions, which are pretty standard for retail. Some example questions were "Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer" "what are some of your strengths and weaknesses" "you have three different customers that come in at the same time and you're by yourself. One customer is looking impatient wanting to try clothes on, one is meandering through the store, and one appears to be looking for something in particular, but can't find it. What do you do?" Always make sure that you describe the problem, what you did, and the outcome.

Where do you want to be in five years? Do you see yourself still at Target?
I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.

How would you handle a difficult situation with a customer?
Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
