Entrevista
Pretty simple, they’ll ask you situational questions where you will tell them about a specific time something happened. There were about maybe five questions in total and took about 30 minutes. There’s usually two interviews.

Describe a time when you went above the expectations. Why do you want to work for Target? Describe a time when you had a conflict with another coworker or peer.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
