Very quick and easy . Just know your basic questions of why you want to work with target and your related experience . You don’t have to wear business casual just causal clothes like jeans and a nice shirt , they’ll take you as long as you’re confident with your answers and connect with them in some way .

What experience do you have in retail environments ?
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.
Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
