I applied online then literally an hour later I received a call to schedule an over the phone interview. The over the phone interview was easy, basic questions like why do you want to work for target etc. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview with my now favorite TL he was and is is sooo nice and thoughtful so the process was smooth and the interview was about 30 mins. A day or so later I was contacted with a job offer and told I'd be contacted again for orientation. Because target likes to do group orientations I had to wait almost a month before I could do orientation but they kept in contact with me the whole time so that was nice. At my target everyone is helpful and starting pay was cool but the annual raise is even better! I worked MWF early mornings
