You will go through two interviews with either team leads or executive team leads. It was relatively straight forward, questions about availability and a lot of hypotheticals. For me both interviews were exactly the same, the questions were just worded slightly differently. No idea if this has changed since. They however will not actually start you until they have enough people to do a group orientation, I was hired in early september but didn't actually begin until mid to late october.

They want vivid descriptions of "Exceptional" customer service experiences. I Have been in retail since I was 15 and honestly didn't have any so I just made one up to get through the question.
Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.

Its a regular interview, they ask a bit about your past work history and what made you leave past job. they also asked how you heard about the job openings and is there any days you may not be able to work in the following 6 moths.
