I applied online with a quick questionnaire and video question. I was then contacted within 2 weeks to invite me to a grouo interview. I was ina room with 3 other interviewees and 2 interviewers. We all just talked and answered the questions as a group to get a feel for how we interact with people and what we know about the company. Then we were taken individually and asked about availability and more personal questions. I was contacted in 5 days to say I got the job.

Not to bad pretty straight forward behavior questions. The interviewer was great and very bright and easy to talk to and gives a good outlook of what the role does.
Target’s interview process typically includes an online application, a possible phone screening, a short in-person interview, and a background check before a job offer and orientation. It’s usually quick and straightforward.

Lots of web conferencing, recruiting then first then second and then a group with higher ups that I would not be having contact with in the position, seemed redundant and frankly made me think I was a top candidate but I didn’t get an offer
