Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Target (Manchester, CT) en oct 2011
Entrevista
I went in for my first and only interview. I was asked many situational questions by one manager and then asked a few more by another manager. I was then told I would be hearing from them. They never called me back.

None of the questions were difficult but it could be nerve wrecking due to the fact that they ask you a random situational question and you have to answer how you think they'd like.

Very easy, was sent an email to a link that had interview question that u had to record myself answering it. Got a call back the day of or the next day. Can’t remember exactly. But very easy for the position I applied as I’m guessing it’s cause it’s a higher turn over position.

A time the I was put under pressure and how did I react/ navigate the situation?
The interview was straightforward and relaxed. I applied online, and they called me in within a few days. The manager asked about my availability, ability to work overnight shifts, and comfort with physical work like lifting boxes and stocking shelves. The process took about 20–30 minutes, and they explained the job expectations clearly before making their decision.
