I was interviewed in Bangalore Manyata Tech park office. Got interview call through a consultancy, HR Madhu was late and later arranged for interview after 1 hour. 1st round Interview was conducted by two engineers, consisted of questions on Hive, HDFS and Squoop. Second round was on java, third round was conducted by hiring manager. Manager asked me for notice period - 60 days and came back in 5 mins and asked to leave for the day. I thought interviewers were happy but still they turned down the candidate. Advice them not to conduct interviews if they don't have requirement. The whole process looked like a time pass for HR and few managers - to keep their job - keep conducting interviews.
