      Was contacted by a senior manager and asked to interview (Internal candidate). I had three days to prepare for my 3 interviews. Wore red and khaki to interview. Each interview had a packet that had 3 situational questions along with follow up questions. Interviewed with ETL-HR, STL, And DTL. I had current resume with for them to view. Interviewed in a nice clean office. Very professional interviewers.

      Entrevista

      First interview was at a Target location and they asked very basic questions. Second interview was with the AP Business Partner (and another person), which they insisted had to be over Zoom. More in depth questions and scenarios were asked and they were really focused on retail experience (even though it wasn't required). Awkward interviewers and weirdly talked about themselves and their full histories for the first 10 minutes. Will most likely do the same if you're interviewing in the Dayton/Columbus, OH area.

      The process was pretty standard, in that Target appears to have set up a standard for interviews. I was interviewed by two different ETLs, or Executive Team Leads. Basically, assistant managers. Each one has a packet with standard questions in them that they must ask. Neither ETL went outside of the packet for questions, unless they related to personal experiences. After my ETL interviews, I was called back on a later day to interview with the Store Lead, or the manager. He also had a packet with prepared questions, but offered a few of his own that were (again) specific to my experiences. Overall it was a very good experience, and not a particularly difficult interview process.
