Interviewed with 3 different managers. Two were higher up in my department and then the store manager. Interview took approximately 3 hours. If you don't make it past the first round then you didn't get the job.

Online interview, went through orientation. During the interview you had to answer questions with video and then they sent an invite to come in the store. Show you around to the onboarding process.

It seemed like there were some mass interviews going on that day, but it was just an overview/confirmation of my availability. A question or two about a scenario where you helped a guest or showed good customer service elsewhere.
