Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.

Entrevista
Interview in three parts, first with the department leader, then with an executive team leader, and finally with head of HR. The first two interviews were mostly behavioral and situational based questions on how you would respond to certain circumstances and how you've had to deal with issues in the past. The meeting with HR was to discuss the final conditions of employment and to accept the job offer.

It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
