Entrevista
Two interviews, both on-sit and in-person, and asked typical customer service situation questions. First interview consisted of two interviewers which I believe were team leaders, and the second one was one person which I believe was the manager.

Describe a time when your fellow associate or friend needed help and how did you help them?
Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Give an example of a time you ran into conflict on a job, and how did you resolve that confluct?
Applied online or you can also apply in store at a kiosk. Phone interview with HR and then with the department. Friendly environment. Questions were typical tell me about a time or how would you handle x situation.

Entrevista
Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
