Applied online on a Tuesday, received a call the following Sunday asking to tell about myself and why Target, was asked to go into the store the next day (Monday) for an interview. First interview was with the hardlines team lead. I was again asked about myself and why Target as well as some character/situational questions based on prior experiences. Thirty minutes later I had my second interview with a logistics member (who was filling in for someone else) and his shadow. Again talked about why Target and more character/situational questions. Both interviews were casual and some questions did require more thought than others. I was hired on the spot.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
