I got an email asking me to come in store for an interview which ended up being a group interview with 5 other people (wish they specified that in the email). The interviewer was really nice, open and informative. We first played a game where we had to throw a ball to another interviewee and name an item that Target sells that began with the last letter of the previous answer. Followed by pairing up (big focus on how much of a team player you are) and given a scenario and we had to answer how we’d approach it/fix it. Then we had to sell an Item to the interviewer. Followed by other questions (will list below). The group session took roughly 1hr and he pulled aside three (me included) of us to do a one on one interview after. During the one on one interview, he mostly asked me about my previous work experience, how I balance school with work, if I live close to the location and how capable I am of lifting heavy stock.

I completed a ai chat bot interview which was 5 questions of 150 words which ended up taking around 40 minutes and then was offered an in person interview via email a few days later.
