Entrevista
Entire process took just over a month. Initial phone interview with talent acquisition. Then two weeks later a face to face interview in store. This consisted of the SM and someone from HR. Lasted an hour and was a basic introduction to Target, and the people and was an interview to basically get to know me and what I did in my role day to day. Questions revolved around time management, prioritisation, managing KPI’s, team size, etc. A few days after this interview I was pushed through to the next interview stage where I had to complete a SWAT analysis of a store and create a 30/60/90 day plan. I was given less than a week to complete but was a fun challenge. This interview was a one on one with the regional manager. A couple of days later I was offered the position. Overall, although it was a long process, it was fun, challenging and worth it!

Initial process was in-store as a promotion from the role below. After some explanation to HR and Store Manager an interview was set-up with the District Manager to determine competencies and leadership qualities.
The interviews took approximately 40 minutes with a fair bit of relaxed chat about the company's current position in the retail sector and improvement I personally would have made to it being in a place to do so. Focused on the challenges in-store such as Logistics and Resource Planning.
Few other generic interview questions such as biggest weakness, strength etc.
