I went through all the online and face to face interview rounds. And at the end I have asked all the requested documents and after that received the offer letter. But after a few days they told me we are withdrawing a shared offer to you due to a budget issue. My point is if you don't have a budget and what we shared our expectations on the first day of interview call then don't go to the candidates and don't waste candidates valuable time. My personal suggestion is don't go with their verbal and written communication. I think they are not aware of corporate culture.
