Probably the smoothest, most efficient process I've been part of! 4 rounds in which took around 2 weeks total. Consisted of an initial screening interview, followed by a 'homework' exercise with an interview to present this, then a 45 min technical skills/competency interview with the a member of the senior team, and then finally a 'fit' interview and small case with the CEO.
