Supervisors take a long time to call candidates for interviews. They seem to interview almost anyone who applies, qualified or not. The have 2 people interview you over Teams/virtual. It is easy to have answers written down and read them as they are more worried about typing your answers. they like to hire newly graduated students. they take a long long time to decide who they are going to hire or if they are going to do a second interview.
