The conversation went incredibly well; we aligned perfectly on the work processes, and there was clear mutual excitement about me joining the team. She mentioned I’d hear back by the end of the week. Unfortunately, after a six-week silence, I received an automated notification through their career portal that they weren't moving forward. Given how strong the alignment was during the interview, I suspect it came down to internal restructuring or an unannounced hiring freeze
