I contacted Adrienne Heady, Director of People Operations about my interest in internship opportunities with the HR department at Tapad. I included my resume with the initial email and was contacted by Adrienne within a week. We scheduled a phone interview where we discussed a description of Tapad's internship program, the People Operations Department, and my past experiences and qualities. In the week following my interview with Adrienne I had the opportunity to speak with Daniel Dobosz, Director of Talent Acquisition about the internship program and specifically Tapad's recruiting program. I also had the opportunity to speak with Christina Russo, People Operations Coordinator, which provided me with a third perspective regarding the firm and their internship program. I had a great experience interviewing with Tapad. After speaking with three different people, I felt confident that I was fully informed about the company and the internship program.
