This was multi-stage.
The first set was a sit down with several local employees discussing the job and what is entailed as well as my background that is relevant to the job. Additionally they did a very brief demo of the product (I was already somewhat familiar with it).
The next stage was a series of mostly technical phone screens, but with a small amount of personality based questions. The first one was one on one, but the second was round robin in a group.
The final stage was actually flying out to headquarters in California and having several mostly personality based one on ones, but with a small smattering of technical questions.
I had one final phone one on one because one of the guys I was supposed to talk to in California was not available last minute.

As others have said, don't waste your time.
I applied in January, and a recruiter reached out in March. I was still looking for the right fit, so I emailed back on a Wednesday accepting the interview invitation. No answer. I sent a follow up email the following Tuesday, and again no answer. I sent a final email Friday thanking them for their time and interest, and immediately received a response saying they were still interested and wanted to schedule an interview.
Once we connected it seemed as though things were going well. The recruiter detailed the extremely thourough interview process, and moved me forward to a technical quiz. After passing that, she scheduled me with the VP of TAM, for the following week, and sent me a list of videos and resources about Tanium I should learn. I poured hours into their youtube channel, vimeo account, and more, and when I logged onto my interview the guy never even showed. I emailed the recruiter twice more, and then gave up. I like to be well prepared during the interview process, but apparently they don't. Hopefully they don't treat their accounts this poorly!

Interview process is extensive compared to other companies, but HR made it smoother. Guiding throughout all the steps and what to expect.
First interview is the HR screening asking basic questions.
Then u will do an online quiz, where u have 30seconds to answer each question: most about linux and windows concepts and very few about network ports.
Third round is with an SVP (30mins) also non-technical questions, just to verify that you are a good fit.
After that is the technical round (one hour) with three engineers from different support teams, they ask a lotttt
Fifth round is with your direct report (30mins) asking non-technical questions.
Sixth round (30mins) is with a director
Would suggest to ask questions to them on every round

Fantastic process overall here.
1) Call with recruiter - They discuss the job duties, salary, benefits, career advancement options, and ask 5-10 technical questions.
2)Tech quiz - 30 seconds per question, maybe 20-30 questions.
3)Review of Tech quiz - Are you a good fit for current position?
4)Culture Interview with Regional VP / Global VP or similar
5)Tech Panel Interview - Go over your tech quiz, ask you a ton more questions.
6)Project Manager / Director Interview - Go over some more job duties / other thoughts
7)Direct manager interview - Culture, Tech, customer service etc..
Throughout the process, my recruiter gave me a call and/or an email in between each to discuss, gather feedback and answer any questions I had. It was a white glove treatment, and showed how they take care of their employees, as well as prospective employees.
Thank you Laureise! :)
