My experience with Tangata was very disappointing. I had three rounds of interviews, ending with the company founder as the final round interview. I was told during that interview that I’d hear back early the following week at the latest; I didn’t. Two follow-up emails, one to the founder and one to the first round interviewer, both failed to receive a reply. It’s been three months and I have heard nothing. They espouse a “people first” approach claiming “we believe that people matter, no matter the outcome” but my experience was the opposite and showed a complete disregard and lack of respect for others.
