Had an interview with one of the Partners who would have decided if I would have got to the next stage of an interview with another partner before been offered the role. One of the worst interviews I have ever had and immediately knew I wouldn't get the role. The Partner had a personal view of my previous company, and it didn't help that the agency got some of my dates mixed up on the details they sent through which I had to correct in the interview. Never mind them not offering me the role, after I had to defend my career choices and almost break into an argument with the Partner, telling him he was wrong, I would never wish to be employed by Tandem. Horrible interview, horrible man and glad I dodged a bullet there.
