A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and told me to apply. Had a phone interview with her a few days after and then an in-person interview with my manager a few days later. They asked me to bring in past work and also prepare a short social media calendar. They also sent me potential interview questions that they would ask me. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They were also very excited to have me on-board. They put a lot of emphasis on their company values and how they implement them into their work.
