The initial interview process starts with a screening phone call from the assistant manager. The next step is a peer interview. TGH offers a shadowing experience to ensure that TGH is a good fit for the candidate.

Submitted an application, about 4 days later I received a call from the hiring manager herself for a phone screening. Then I had an person interview with the hiring manager the following day. I received the job offer not even an hour after leaving the interview. Everything was very smooth and seamless! Post offer, I had to complete forms/background check/etc. on their online portal and then go back in person for a pre work screen/drug test. Once all that was done I was good to go. I would say the whole process was complete in about a week.

I was asked about my prior work experience in different units and pros/cons about those units. Overall the interview was not necessarily "grilling" for questions/answers. It was more of a get to know you discussion with chats about prior experience and things I had done at previous jobs.
