Applied through LinkedIn - no Cover Letter/Resume/References just my basic profile First, I was offered a phone interview. This lasted 1 hour and was a one on one conversation with the hiring manager (in this case the Development Director). Second, I was called back for a second face to face interview. This was a four hour interview on Tammy Lynn Center campus. I was seen by the CEO, Communications Specialist, long standing TLC volunteer and the Director of Development himself. Each meeting was one of one. At the end of the marathon interviewing I toured the campus and met a few employees along the way. No more than a week later I heard back from the hiring manager.
