It was a rather simple interview. I had a brief phone interview explaining my skills and qualifications. During the next step they had me stay in a hotel overnight for an early morning interview with the district manager and a project manager in the office. The questions were simple and straight forward and they were open to explanation about the job roles.

Overall it was not too bad. The interview felt informal and it also reflected the general area the company office was located in. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to and asked the standard questions. They also divulged the role would involve "wearing multiple hats" and it included being backup to another department if it was short-staffed.
