Two interviews: First was a relaxed chat with two senior employees. Discussed interests in the role, the company and asked traditional interview questions to access suitability. Second interview consisted of a small test on Linkedin recruiter, followed by a chat with the CEO and a senior executive. More serious than initial interview but still semi-informal interview, felt very comfortable.
