It only took one day. There were tests. You will be required to do a demo class. I was interviewed twice. The last one was by the manager. Just be relaxed and review the material given for a few minutes and you will do fine. Interview questions were normal so just do your best to answer intelligently and use proper English. Talk about your experience that will be relevant to teaching English.
Started with resume review, then interview- which just talked about your previous jobs/roles and what made you go for the position of ESL teacher. You will also take a Grammar Test followed by a Demo.

admin was friendly and approachable. staff was indifferent. they asked a few questions then proceeded with an exam. exam was easy and their office is packed with tutors. the place is dim but well air conditioned. relatively clean. i noticed the computers were outdated but i guess that's typical for any desk job.
